The Company

Our client is a large corporate family owned NZ business which has been involved in the retail and distribution of motor vehicles for over 50 years. They represent 17 automotive brands across nine sites around Auckland.

The Role

The goal to is to deliver world-leading customer service with the help of a Contact Centre Team. This role will be well suited for a motivated and high energy person who has the ability to work autonomously.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls daily, this role is predominantly phone based and will require a polite and confident phone manner and requires you to establish and maintain relationships across the customer network

Your role will include:

  • Outbound calls to book vehicle services and implement key requirements across the nine separate sites
  • Being highly proficient and ensuring effective use of the internal CRM
  • Providing a positive and helpful service to all customers
  • Inbound and Outbound calls to customers

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • A strong mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes efficiently
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Analytical expertise
