As a New Business Development Manager in the domestic parcel department you will be tasked with hunting new business opportunities through effective pipeline management. Focused on both mid to large level and developing new market strategies.
This role will require you to have a close connection to the General and Network Manager's, National Operations, Sales staff and Telesales who will support the aid of attaining new business. We need someone to hunt for new business, leverage off the current leads and manage the accounts for a short period of time.
The successful candidate will come from the freight, logistics, courier, parcel, post or supply chain industry where you have been selling a service. We will consider individuals from outside the industry, but you will need to demonstrate your sales abilities where you have sold a service in a B2B environment.
On offer is a base salary + commission (average is 15-25K on top of base per annum) + car + phone + laptop.
