Our client is a well know ICT provider with a nationwide presence. We are currently recruiting a successful and experienced Account Manager who thrives on challenges and winning business.

Having a thorough understanding and knowledge of Cloud based Platforms, Cloud Data Centre, Carrier Ethernet with Business Grade Internet Service systems is essential to this role.

As an Account Manager you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of clients and making sales to new and existing SME's. You will be selling products and solutions tailored to the clients needs. You will be working to sales targets and maximising client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement a sales strategy that ensures sales targets are met
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • New business development (territory based)
  • Ensuring customers needs are met through effective account management
  • Staying on top of new products, deals and pricing

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of cloud platforms, service and hardware
  • Good computer skills

  • Customer service skills
  • Abililty to work autonomously and also well within teams
  • Strong ability to build relationships effectively
  • Experinced in an ICT environment and solution selling are imperative to this role
