Customer Service Team Member - Automotive Parts

Our well-known client have a number of openings in their new facility for Automotive Parts Advisors looking for a change from the normal client facing role.

This role will see you using your technical parts experience to sell to incoming trade customers via internet and phone.

You will be part of a close-knit, small team who will deal with the existing company owned stores around New Zealand, as well as trade customers requiring help on a daily basis.

The role requirements

  • Advising customers on part requirements
  • Taking incoming calls and processing orders
  • Advise on timelines and logistics for supply
  • Work from an in-depth online catalogue
  • Demonstrate your ability and understanding of the products
  • Ability to multitask and provide clear and precise communication
  • Having attention to detail and accuracy on all orders
  • Be a team player and work with the warehouse team

This roles are part of a large corporate, who will provide training and give you the ability to upskill and provide the potential for you to progress up the career ladder, should you wish to do so.
