Our client is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead the high-performing team of their automotive parts outlet.
With a huge range of products and an unparalleled reputation within the automotive industry, these positions are highly sought after and regularly lead onto more senior roles within the organisation.
In this role you will help lead the team to reach their targets as well as oversee the branch as and when required.
Your attention to detail, customer-focused attitude and sales experience will help grow the branch and enhance its already outstanding reputation.
In this role, you will be 2iC and will be given the training, autonomy and freedom to ensure you succeed. Your experience in automotive parts and sales will enable you to help run a profitable business and will remunerate you accordingly.
You will report directly to the Branch Manager, to ensure that all company guidelines are followed.
As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will oversee team performance and be responsible for helping every member succeed individually.
