Service Manager - Hamilton

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to run the Service Department in this busy Hamilton Workshop.

In this family owned business, they take pride in ensuring every vehicle that comes through the workshop is looked after perfectly and given the respect and love that their clients expect.

The right candidate will need to have exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to run a workshop effectively.

The ideal candidate will also have a thorough understanding of after-sales and workshop operations.

You will be responsible for all service customers ensuring they have an exceptional experience, as well as making sure the department runs at full capacity.

  • The passion & drive to maintain and grow a workshop
  • Integrity & honesty in approach
  • Proven experience of running a Service Department
  • The mental fortitude to juggle technicians, workload and customers efficiently
  • A proactive approach to marketing and workshop development
  • Strong software skills
  • The ability to lead from the front
  • Responsible for technicians and their requirements
  • Maintain or exceed expectations
