Parts Advisor - Central Auckland

Our Client, in Central Auckland, represents one of the most well-known automobile makers in the world.

They are on the hunt for their next Parts Advisor. The role will work alongside the Parts Manager to understand and implement strategy across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great dealership.

This is a busy role that requires a plug and play parts advisor, so franchise parts department experience is essential.

Role requirements, including but not limited to

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Parts Department customers and suppliers
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Positive phone manner
  • Deliver accurate parts advice and information to customers
  • Liaise with Parts Manager and Parts Sales Representatives
  • Manage stock and inventory efficiently
  • Compile monthly reports and provide summary to Parts Manager

You must have

  • Organisational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of, and experience in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive parts supply
