We are exclusively acting on behalf of our client seeking a Group Service Manager for a very well-known and established franchise group in the Auckland area.
The company has multiple brands and franchises and is known for its team culture and work ethic. Combining years of experience with a modern management style, their emphasis is focussed on producing a personal customer focused approach for all their clients.
Having previous technical and service management experience as well as a solid understanding of franchise operation within the aftersales department, you will hold the ability to enhance previous KPI's and productivity.
You will be required to work closely with all franchise managers, whilst having strategic input with upper management on all current and future projects.
Responsibilities and requirements:
This role will expect you to be visible, working with the various managers at the coal face and not sit behind an office door. You will be traveling between the dealerships solving problems, implementing successes and effectively managing any issues before they escalate.
The successful candidate will have an envious role in the automotive trade, having the ability to work autonomously at a level which will make a difference to the company and bring with it the rewards you deserve.
