Panel Technicians - New Plymouth

We are looking for qualified Panel Technicians for a modern Paint & Panel shop in the New Plymouth area.

The role will include

• Remove damaged panels and components
• Repair damaged body parts using specialised tools and equipment
• Repair dents and bumps
• File, grind and sand surfaces in prep for painting
• Cut and join damaged panels
• Fit and align new panels and parts
• Realign body frames/chassis using up to date equipment
• Weld and manufacture parts as required

Skills and Experience required

• Qualifications or extensive experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and orally
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Passion and pride in your work
