Automotive Parts Branch Manager - Pukekohe

Our client is looking for a Branch Manager to take the helm of their high-performing automotive parts outlet in Pukekohe.

With a huge range of products and an unparalleled reputation within the automotive industry, these positions are highly sought after.

In this role you will manage all aspects of the business' operations as well as develop and grow the sales department.

Your attention to detail, customer-focused attitude and sales experience will help grow the branch and enhance its already stellar reputation.

About You

  • In-depth working knowledge of the Automotive Industry is essential
  • At least 2 years' experience in Branch Management or Assistant Branch Management
  • Driven, personable and empathetic
  • Previous experience running teams of high performing staff
  • Solid understanding of merchandising and stock management
  • Detail orientated
  • Previous product marketing experience highly regarded

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure Health & Safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • Train & develop your team in line with Company visions and values
  • Promote a positive team environment to maximise sales
  • Lead from the front and present a professional front in all activities
  • Ensure that budget is achieved or exceeded
  • Effectively manage all aspects of staffing including disciplinary procedures
  • Build positive relationships with all customers and suppliers
  • Manage inventory and stock levels within company guidelines

In this role, you will be the face of the business.

Your experience in automotive parts and sales will enable you to run a profitable business and will remunerate you accordingly.

You will report directly to the Regional Operations and Sales Manager, to ensure that all company guidelines are followed. You will be given autonomy to run the branch as you see fit, providing all operational procedures are met.
