Sales & Service Administrator

We have a great opportunity for a Sales & Service Administrator to join our client's high-performing team in Albany.

This well-known automotive business has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months and is in need of your skills to continue on its successful journey.

You will be working in this fast-paced environment, ensuring that everything admin wise runs smoothly, meeting customer timeframes, invoicing, managing vehicle certifications and being an effective member of the team.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Customer service - face to face and phone based
  • Assist with sales and service enquiries
  • Ensure the dealership runs smoothly
  • General administration duties
  • Staff & customer bulletin and communication management
  • Invoice processing

About you

  • Strong IT and administration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ideally experience of working in the automotive industry
  • Sense of urgency and proactivity
  • Customer service orientated
