The Role

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader, to lead a small customer service team in a large scale, family-owned, international 3PL company!

You will be working in this fast-paced environment, ensuring that all runs smoothly, meeting customer timeframes and delivery requirements whilst managing and being a hands on part of the team.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 4
  • Maintaining weekly rosters
  • Plan and monitor all outgoing deliveries
  • Responding to any issues or customer concerns
  • Providing reporting to management
  • Training team members
  • Ensuring team is processing all customer orders to agreed timescales
  • Provide assistance and support to Warehouse Team Lead when required

About you

  • Experience leading a customer service and administration team
  • 3PL experience
  • Have a high level of accuracy
  • Strong IT skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
