The Role

Due to continued growth in New Zealand, Haval Motors New Zealand is looking to recruit a National Service Specialist.

The primary function of the role is to provide Technical Support to the growing dealer network across New Zealand.

This highly sought-after distributor role will have you provide current, precise technical advice to Haval's ever growing dealer network.

Your expertise will ensure that the countries dealership network is up to date on all Haval training, bulletins and products as well as assisting with all technical issues that may arise.

Role Specifics

  • Provide Aftersales Technical Support to the NZ Dealer Network
  • Ensure all dealers are up-to-date on all product training
  • Warranty auditing and adjudication
  • Coordinate National Training Programs on and off site
  • Monitor and follow up on all customer queries and technical issues
  • Liaise with head office on technical R&D
  • Test and trial new models and accessories
  • Work on press vehicles
  • Assist the National Service Manager on all technical requirements

About You

  • Qualified Mechanical Engineer - Automotive preferred but not essential
  • Electrical and diagnostic experience will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional written, verbal and digital communication skills
  • Innovative approach to your work
  • Ability to build rapport and supply excellent customer service
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate
  • Confidence in presenting and training
  • Flexibility to travel throughout New Zealand on a regular basis
