Parts Customer Service Representative

Our client in Queenstown is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with Parts/Automotive experience.

The role will work alongside the existing team to provide exceptional customer service and parts advice to their customers.

This role will see you providing expert advice on parts and automotive consumables to a wide range of trade customers as well as the public.

The company prides itself on looking after it's team and offers in-house training as well as fast track management programs for the right candidates.

Role requirements, including but not limited to

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and suppliers
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Positive phone manner
  • Deliver accurate parts advice and information to customers
  • Maximise all sales opportunities
  • Manage stock and inventory efficiently

The ideal candidate will have

  • Organisational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of, and experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Knowledge of automotive parts supply (preferred)
