We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist with the running of a fast-paced office for an automotive company based in Onehunga.

The Role

  • Daily banking tasks
  • Preparing banking reports
  • Running office errands
  • Handling the data entry for invoicing and orders
  • General office filing and organisation
  • Typing - assist with typing as required
  • Ensuring all mail and packaging are accounted for
  • Managing emails from customers as required
  • Ordering stationery and staff amenities

About You

  • Administration and banking experience is preferred
  • Strong numeracy and finance skills is essential
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • You have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • High level of organizational skills
  • A positive can-do attitude!
  • You will have great attention to detail
  • Ability to 'multi-task' and manage a challenging workload
