Parts Advisor

We are on the hunt for an experienced Parts Advisor/Salesperson to join our client's team in Taupo or Rotorua.

Working alongside the existing team, you will provide expert advice on parts for their extensive client network as well as the workshop.

This is a busy role that requires a plug and play parts interpreter/advisor/salesperson, so parts experience is essential.

Role requirements, including but not limited to

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and suppliers
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Positive phone manner
• Deliver accurate parts advice and information to customers
• Liaise with Service Manager, Parts Manager and Technicians
• Manage stock and inventory efficiently

You must have

• Organisational skills
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of, and experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive parts supply
