Vehicle Sales Administrator

Our client, a large motor vehicle distributor is looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team in Mount Wellington, Auckland.

The role encompasses end of month registrations, administration for every vehicle as well as building rapport with many different dealerships.

On top of this you would be responsible for all internal vehicles and ordering of new vehicles as well as the normal day to day tasks.

Role responsibilities

  • Administrative duties pertaining to registration, invoicing, tracking of all fleet vehicles
  • Communicating between fleet customers, staff and management to ensure accuracy of reporting and vehicle maintenance
  • Data entry and maintenance for all vehicles related to the department
  • Event organising including Fieldays
  • Accurately reporting vehicle details to the NZTA
  • General duties required by management

Requirements for the role

  • Excellent administration and computer skills
  • Automotive industry experience essential
  • Ability to multitask at a high level
  • Work autonomously with accuracy
  • Hold the ability to build rapport with dealers
  • Understand fleet and stock control
  • Compile reports and reconciliations
  • Have drive and ambition as well as being a team player
