About the Role

Musterrecruit are looking for a Receptionist to join a corporate, NZ owned automotive group.

As this is a large-scale group of companies, you will need to be confident with your written and verbal communication, proficient with general administration and have a well organised and time managed work style.

The group of businesses includes well known automotive brands with great diversity, they offer a great salary with the opportunity to develop through the group for the right person.

Responsibilities will include

  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times
  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate catering for meetings
  • Book all domestic travel for staff
  • Assisting with vehicle collection and drop off ensuring appropriate documentation is signed
  • Raise purchase orders for all expenditure
  • Keeping sufficient levels of groceries and stationary goods in stock

About you

  • Have experience working in a busy reception or office type role
  • Have a high level of IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Suite
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High attention to detail
