About the Role
Musterrecruit are looking for a Receptionist to join a corporate, NZ owned automotive group.
As this is a large-scale group of companies, you will need to be confident with your written and verbal communication, proficient with general administration and have a well organised and time managed work style.
The group of businesses includes well known automotive brands with great diversity, they offer a great salary with the opportunity to develop through the group for the right person.
Responsibilities will include
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Coordinate catering for meetings
- Book all domestic travel for staff
- Assisting with vehicle collection and drop off ensuring appropriate documentation is signed
- Raise purchase orders for all expenditure
- Keeping sufficient levels of groceries and stationary goods in stock
About you
- Have experience working in a busy reception or office type role
- Have a high level of IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Suite
- Have a can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
