Automotive CRM Support Specialist

Our client is a well-known, globally recognised company that specialises in automotive software that is tailored to each dealer's needs. With over 500 staff based in 13 locations globally their products and services extend to over 100 countries with more than 50,000 daily users.

This CRM Support Specialist role will see you based on the North Shore with some remote work, as well as the opportunity to travel nationally as and when required.

You will be reporting into and working with the Customer Services Team Leader in Australia whilst being the primary support for New Zealand, providing IT support on product services and new applications.

The ideal candidate will have either worked in an automotive franchise as a service advisor or administrator where you are using ERA or similar, or have application experience within an IT company.

If you have one of these attributes the other can be taught.

The Role

  • Point of contact for the New Zealand based product users
  • To provide excellent customer experience to the franchise networks
  • Manage customer accounts and issues
  • Build rapport with company users and staff
  • Manage and prioritise issues with the wider team
  • Facilitate product training in house or on site
  • Generate customer and product reports
  • Be the point of contact for all product enquires
  • General admin as well as ad-hoc project work


  • Be approachable and can build rapport
  • Enjoy taking control of the accounts and client issues
  • Have either franchise automotive or IT application experience
  • Have experience in account care or customer service
  • Enjoy taking ownership of your role
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Like learning new technology and enjoy a challenge
