The Role

Due to exciting growth, JAVLN have a new position available and are on the lookout for a Solutions Consulting Lead to join the team!

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this fast-paced role leads their newly formed Solutions Consulting Team to deliver projects to existing clients and enhance their JAVLN user experience.

As a Solutions Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that will be responsible for managing the delivery changes, enhancements, new features, training, and ongoing support for their existing clients. We are looking for a client facing expert who excels in providing excellent customer solutions.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading the Solutions Consulting Team
• Defining solution requirements, effort estimation and preparation of work orders
• Engage in project execution
• Collaborate with the wider Delivery Team & PMO to delivery solutions aligned to customer objectives on time and within budget
• Establish and manage an Account Management plan for their existing client base
• Provide level 2 & 3 triage support to the Customer Team to resolve support tickets
• Work collaboratively with the Product Team to implement the JAVLN product

To be considered for the role you will have

• Proven experience in leading projects and teams
• Full understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Comfortable dealing with changing priorities
• Stakeholder management skills
• Great communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, practices and compliance is preferable
