Service Technician

Our client is looking for an Installation and Maintenance Service Technician to join their head office team based in Manukau.

This role will see you out on the road maintaining and installing automotive equipment in workshops across the country.

As the right candidate, you will enjoy problem-solving, client interaction and helping your customers get the most out of their workshops.

Our client is growing, and with that comes more workshops purchasing their quality equipment.

They need your technical ability to get out on the road and make sure installations go smoothly and on schedule, and if an issue arises, you will be on hand to fix it quickly and efficiently.

About you

• Previous experience in a technical repair role
• Excellent communication skills
• Adept at problem solving and thinking on your feet
• Computer literate
• Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
• Automotive background preferred but not essential

Role Specifics

• Monday to Friday role
• Occasional on-call work
• Travel around the country when required
• Training will be provided on ongoing basis
• Based in Manukau, but will be out on the road often
