Our client, a National Automotive Industry Distributor is seeking an Automotive Expert to take the role of Group Aftersales Technical Support.

This highly sought-after role will put you at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. Your technical expertise will ensure that the dealer network is up to date with recalls, product knowledge and training, as well as assisting with any technical issues that arise within the network.

Role Specifics

• Provide Aftersales Technical Support to the NZ Dealer Network
• Ensure all dealers are up to date on all product training
• Help coordinate National Training Programs
• Monitor & follow up on all customer queries & technical issues
• Be the go-to technical person for dealer network
• Assist the National Aftersales Manager in all technical requirements
• Implement training from the manufacturer

About You

• Qualified Automotive Technician
• Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills
• Innovative approach to your work
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to multitask and collaborate
• Have the thirst to learn and teach
