We are on the lookout for experienced Outboard and Inboard Marine Technicians to join a friendly close-knit team based in the Whitianga.

Rewards

$28-35ph dependent on experience
Monday to Friday role
Minimum 40 hours between 7.30am and 5pm

The company is based in the idyllic beach location of Whitianga and is renowned for providing excellent friendly customer service. The workshop provides onsite / offsite repairs and servicing local Marina's and Moorings.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified marine technician or have at least 3 years' experience working with either outboard or inboard engines.

You will also have diesel and petrol knowledge, possess a strong passion for boating, take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a successful, professional team.

The role requires you to:

Work on inboard and outboard engines as well as the odd jet ski
Installation of new and used petrol and diesel marine engines
Repair and maintain stern and IPS drives
On and offsite servicing and repairs
Sea trialling when required
Computerised diagnostics
Engine rebuilds
All general and marine repairs
