National Fleet Representative

Our Client, a Major Automotive Distributor with its HQ in Auckland, is expanding its representation and seeking a National Fleet Sales Representative on the South Island.

This powerhouse brand has a model range that boasts in incredibly successful line up and is one of the market leaders in EV and Hybrid Technology as well as hydrogen powered vehicles.

Preferably, based in Christchurch, the ideal candidate will have experience with either an automotive franchise or vehicle leasing company. The role will involve managing and developing existing fleet accounts whilst seeking new opportunities to raise market share and strengthen the already thriving brand reputation.

Role Specific's

• Identify and target new fleet opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen existing accounts
• Efficiently manage call and visit cycles
• Strategise and prospect new customers with the national fleet team
• Arrange demonstrators and quotes
• Help analyse the market and remain competitive on pricing
• Design and deliver fleet training and events
• Attend shows and community functions to raise awareness of the brand
• Help the franchise network with sales targets
• Achieve or surpass company sales KPI's

About you

• Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• High level of industry knowledge in sales
• Proficient computer skills
• Be a real hunter with lots of resilience
• Ability to build a high level of rapport
• Have energy to burn and desire to earn the big bucks
• Enjoy account management and go the extra mile
• Like to travel and set clear goals
