The Role

Due to continued growth JAVLN is looking to expand its growing team and we require the services of a Technical Support Specialist to ensure they provide the best customer service to their customers!

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be tasked with providing the first line support to customers and maintain ongoing relationships.

As a valued member of the team, you will be primarily providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support for their customers and staff.

This role provides the opportunity to progress into another area of the business in the future.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Ability to read and understand Oracle/SQL procedures
  • Ability to construct complex SQL queries and SQL updates
  • Attention to detail
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and individually
  • Proactive and highly motivated attitude
